Stallholder Terms & Conditions
When booking a stall for any of our markets or events, you are agreeing to comply and adhere to our terms and conditions.
These have been put in place to protect both our traders and customers, and to ensure we have a safe, fair and enjoyable market for everyone involved.
Curated Gatherings reserves the right to amend these if necessary.

In the event of any disputes regarding the below clauses and/or on the day of the event, Curated Gatherings decision is final.

All stallholders must have a minimum of £5 Million public liability insurance to cover themselves and their stall in the event of accident or injury. Stallholders must be able to produce their insurance on request at the market if necessary.

For an indoor market/event, each stand includes a 6ft by 2ft table, with 2 chairs provided. Stallholders with a floor space can choose to dispense with the table and chairs if they wish, to create a shop area using own equipment and props.

For an outdoor market/event, stallholders may use their own gazebo, stall set up, food truck etc. or they may rent a gazebo from the market. Either way this needs to be confirmed before the event.

Vans and vehicles are not permitted to remain on the market/field once you have unloaded. All vehicles (except vending food/drink trucks and trailers) must be off site well before the start of the market and parked in the recommended car parks or streets legally. Access to the market for emergency services must be maintained at all times.

Appearance and presentation is extremely important and we expect all stalls to be set up to a high standard. If we are not satisfied with the overall appearance of your stall you may be asked to revise and revamp your set up before being invited back. We are happy to help and advise you if you feel you would like some guidance in this area.

In the unfortunate event of a stallholder no longer being able to attend the event. Refunds will only be available up to 4 weeks prior to the event date.

All cancelations must be done via email.

Stallholders can set up from 8am on the day of the event and must be cleared away by 5pm.

All stallholders are not permitted to pack away until the end of the event.

It is the responsibility of the stallholder to ensure that there is no damage caused by the delivery, setting up, dismantling or removal of the stand to the venue. Any damage will be the responsibility of the stallholder and will result in a subsequent repair charge being levied.

All stands and other material brought to the Event must be removed from the venue. Unused brochures and other collateral cannot be left at the venue for disposal. Any such surplus resource left at the venue may attract a disposal charge of up to £30.

Stallholders are responsible for any materials delivered to or made from the venue and for their materials and possessions during the show. Curated Gatherings accepts no responsibility or liability in that regard.

Stallholders will have no guarantee which event room/space they shall be positioned and will be decided by Curated Gatherings.

Curated Gatherings makes no guarantees that stallholders will receive the same stand footprint as prior events.

Curated Gatherings reserves the right to ask an exhibitor to remove products from their stand if Curated Gatherings believe them to be offensive and/or there to be a conflict of interest with another stallholder.

Curated Gatherings reserves the right to ask an exhibitor to remove collateral/products if it is found to be encroaching on someone else’s stand.

Curated Gatherings will be filming, recording or photographing any of the exhibits at an event for post event purposes. Delegates are advised that this may result in incidental inclusion of delegates within any recording or photographs, unless you have previously asked not to be recorded.

Any equipment brought into the event must be PAT tested in accordance with The health and Safety regulations and an up to date certificate must be provided.

On the rare occasion, if Curated Gatherings have to cancel or postpone the event for reasons beyond our reasonable control due to extreme weather, dangerous conditions, national emergencies, pandemics or any other unavoidable event, we will endeavour to notify stallholders a minimum of 24 hours prior to the event. In these circumstances, stallholders will not be eligible for a refund, your money will be kept in credit to be used for a future market or event of your choice.
